【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesacommonconceptualmodelofinformationmanagementrelatedtotheprocessofprescribingororderingmedication.ThisTechnicalReportprovidesasetofoptionalbusinessrequirementsthatcouldbeselectedbythebuyerinaprocurementprocesstoberespondedtobyatenderingsupplier.Thisreportshallnotprovideanymandatoryrequirementsbut,asaninformativedocument,giveacommonexpressionofvariouspossiblefunctionsmeetingdifferentobjectivesforthehealthcaresystem.Thisdocumentisintendedtobeusedasaguideforaspecificorganizationinformulatingandprioritizingasubsetofcharacteristicstailoredtonationalorlocalneeds.Thecompletelisthereisthusnotintendedtobeaminimumsetofrequirementsthatallsystemsmustcomplywith.Theremayalsobegoodreasonstofurtherspecifythegenericcharacteristicspresentedhereandtoaddothercharacteristics.ThisTechnicalReportcontainsthefollowingsections:a)introductiontoconceptswithagreeddefinitionsandrecommendedterms;b)overviewoftherelationshipsbetweendifferentactorsandinformationflows;c)overviewofthefunctionalmodeltakingasitsstartingpointtheobjectivesofthehealthcaresystem;d)overviewofthedifferentinformationresourcesneededtoachievetherequirements;e)alistofdetailedcharacteristicstoselectfrominaprocurementprocess.Thelastparte)inClause6isthemainpartofthisTechnicalReport.
