【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestocompositehollowinsulatorsconsistingofaload-bearinginsulatingtubemadeofresinimpregnatedfibres,ahousing(outsidetheinsulatingtube)madeofelastomericmaterial(forexamplesiliconeorethylene-propylene)andmetalfixingdevicesattheendsoftheinsulatingtube.Compositehollowinsulatorsasdefinedinthisstandardareintendedforgeneraluse(unpressurized)orforusewithapermanentgaspressure(pressurized).Theyareintendedforuseinbothoutdoorandindoorelectricalequipmentoperatingonalternatingcurrentwitharatedvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hzorforuseindirectcurrentequipmentwitharatedvoltagegreaterthan1500V.Thisstandarddoesnotprescribeimpulsevoltageorpowerfrequencyvoltagetypetests,nordoesitprescribepollutiontestsbecausethewithstandvoltagesarenotcharacteristicsofthehollowinsulatoritself,butoftheapparatusofwhichitultimatelyformsapart.Allthetestsinthisstandard,apartfromthethermal-mechanicaltest,areperformedatnormalambienttemperature.Thisstandarddoesnotprescribeteststhatmaybecharacteristicoftheapparatusofwhichthehollowinsulatorultimatelyformsapart.Furthertechnicalinputisrequiredinthisarea.
