【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversalloysteelboltingforpressurevessels,valves,flanges,andfittingsforlow-temperatureservice.SeeSpecificationforthedefinitionofbolting.Thebarsshallbehot-wroughtandmaybefurtherprocessedbycenterlessgrindingorbycolddrawing.Austeniticstainlesssteelmaybesolutionannealedorannealedandstrain-hardened.Whenstrainhardenedausteniticstainlesssteelisordered,thepurchasershouldtakespecialcaretoensurethatAppendixX1isthoroughlyunderstood.1.2Severalgradesarecovered,includingbothferriticandausteniticsteelsdesignatedL7,B8,etc.Selectionwilldependondesign,serviceconditions,mechanicalproperties,andlow-temperaturecharacteristics.ThemechanicalrequirementsofTable1indicatethediametersforwhichtheminimummechanicalpropertiesapplytothevariousgradesandclasses,andTable2stipulatestherequirementsforCharpyimpactenergyabsorption.Themanufacturershoulddeterminethatthematerialcanconformtotheserequirementsbeforepartsaremanufactured.Forexample,whenGradeL43isspecifiedtomeettheTable2impactenergyvaluesatx2212;150x00B0;F[x2212;101x00B0;C],additionalrestrictions(suchasprocuringasteelwithlowerPandScontentsthanmightnormallybesupplied)inthechemicalcompositionforAISI4340arelikelytoberequired.Note18212;Thecommitteeformulatingthisspecificationhasincludedseveralgradesofmaterialthathavebeenratherextensivelyusedforthepresentpurpose.Othercompositionswillbeconsideredforinclusionbythecommitteefromtimetotimeastheneedbecomesapparent.Usersshouldnotethathardenabilityofsomeofthegradesmentionedmayrestrictthemaximumsizeatwhichtherequiredmechanicalpropertiesareobtainable.1.3Thefollowingreferencedgeneralrequirementsareindispensableforapplicationofthisspecification:Specification.1.4NutsforusewithboltingarecoveredinSection10andthenutmaterialshallbeimpacttested.1.5SupplementaryRequirementsareprovidedforuseattheoptionofthepurchaser.Thesupplementaryrequirementsshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedinthepurchaseorderorcontract.1.6Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandSIunits;however,unlessthepurchaseorderorcontractspecifiestheapplicableMspecificationdesignation(SI)units,theinch-poundunitsshallapply.1.7ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.

【摘要】:1.1OverviewThefieldbusapplicationlayer(FAL)providesuserprogramswithameanstoaccessthefieldbuscommunicationenvironment.Inthisrespect,theFALcanbeviewedasa“windowbetweencorrespondingapplicationprograms.”Thisstandardprovidescommonelementsforbasictime-criticalandnon-time-criticalmessagingcommunicationsbetweenapplicationprogramsinanautomationenvironmentandmaterialspecifictoType14fieldbus.Theterm“time-critical”isusedtorepresentthepresenceofatime-window,withinwhichoneormorespecifiedactionsarerequiredtobecompletedwithsomedefinedlevelofcertainty.Failuretocompletespecifiedactionswithinthetimewindowrisksfailureoftheapplicationsrequestingtheactions,withattendantrisktoequipment,plantandpossiblyhumanlife.1.2SpecificationsTheprincipalobjectiveofthisstandardistospecifythecharacteristicsofconceptualapplicationlayerservicessuitablefortime-criticalcommunications,andthussupplementtheOSIBasicReferenceModelinguidingthedevelopmentofapplicationlayerprotocolsfortimecriticalcommunications.Asecondaryobjectiveistoprovidemigrationpathsfrompreviously-existingindustrialcommunicationsprotocols.ItisthislatterobjectivewhichgivesrisetothediversityofservicesstandardizedasthevarioustypesofIEC61158.ThisspecificationmaybeusedasthebasisforformalApplicationProgramming-Interfaces.Nevertheless,itisnotaformalprogramminginterface,andanysuchinterfacewillneedtoaddressimplementationissuesnotcoveredbythisspecification,includinga)thesizesandoctetorderingofvariousmulti-octetserviceparameters,andb)thecorrelationofpairedrequestandconfirm,orindicationandresponse,primitives.1.3ConformanceThisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordotheyconstraintheimplementationsofapplicationlayerentitieswithinindustrialautomationsystems.Thereisnoconformanceofequipmenttothisapplicationlayerservicedefinitionstandard.Instead,conformanceisachievedthroughimplementationofconformingapplicationlayerprotocolsthatfulfilltheType14applicationlayerservicesasdefinedinthisstandard.
