【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfunctionsforusinganH.323packetnetworkinordertointerconnecttwoPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)formingpartofaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).Interconnectionisachievedbycarryingtheinter-PINXsignallingprotocolovertheH.323callsignallingchannel,makinguseoftheprotocoltunnellingfacilitiesofH.323,andinter-PINXuserinformation(e.g.,voice)overlogicalchannelsestablishedthroughH.323.EachlogicalchannelusuallyrepresentsaunidirectionalmediastreamconveyedbymeansoftheReal-timeTransportProtocol(RTP).Theinter-PINXsignallingprotocolisassumedtobeQSIG,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,ISO/IEC11582andotherstandards.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesforanon-demandtypeofinterconnection,whereaseparateH.323callisestablishedatthestartofeachPISNcallandcleareddownattheendofthatcall.Asemi-permanentscenariowhereasingleH.323callwithanindefinitelifetimecarriesQSIGonbehalfofmanyPISNcallsisdescribedasanadditionaloption.InthescenarioscoveredinthisInternationalStandard,thePINXsparticipatinginacallarenotnecessarilyawareoftheH.323networkprovidingtheinterconnection,andthefeaturesavailablearethoseoftheQSIGnetwork.ThisisdifferentfromascenariowheretrueinterworkingbetweenQSIGandH.323(i.e.QSIG-H.323-QSIG)isusedtoconnecttwoPISNsortwopartsofthesamePISN.Inthislattercaseallnetworksparticipateinacallonequalterms,andfeaturesarelimitedtothoseavailableinallnetworksandsupportedbythegateways.ThislatterscenarioisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXsthatcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPISNusingQSIGastheinter-PINXsignallingprotocol.
