【摘要】:Fluorsparisusedasafluxinsteelmaking,glassindustry,andmanufactureofhydrofluoricacid.Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedforcompliancewithcompositionalspecificationsforcalciumfluoridecontent.Itisassumedthatallwhousetheseprocedureswillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthatworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryandthatproperwastedisposalprocedureswillbefollowed.AppropriatequalitycontrolpracticesmustbefollowedsuchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofcalciumfluorideinacid-gradefluorsparandothertypesoffluorsparthatcanberenderedsolublebytheproceduredescribedinthetestmethod.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
