【摘要】:ThisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforRoadTrafficSignalSystems,includingtheirdevelopment,design,testing,installationandmaintenance.Inparticular,itformstheelectrotechnicalpartofthefollowingtwostandardsissuedbyCEN:EN12368Trafficcontrolequipment–SignalheadsEN12675TrafficSignalControllers–FunctionalsafetyrequirementsEachofthesestandardsaboveshallbeusedwiththisstandardeithersinglyortogethertodefineanoperationalequipmentorsystem.Thisshallbeachievedbyusingtheelectrotechnicalmethodsandtestingdefinedinthisstandard.WhereRoadTrafficSignalSystemsaretobeusedwithothersystemse.g.publiclightingorrailwaysignallingandcommunication,thisstandardshallcomplywiththeotherrespectivestandardtoensurethatoverallsafetyisnotcompromised.OnlypermanentlyortemporarilyinstalledRoadTrafficSignalSystemsareincludedinthisstandard.Centralofficeandportablesignallingsystemsarenotcovered.
