【摘要】:Thispracticesupportstestmethodsdesignedtoevaluatetheperformanceoffluid-filtermedia,forexample,PracticeF796whereinparticlesizedistributionsareaddressedandatthesametimethispracticeprovidesameanstocomparesizemeasurementsobtainedfromseveraldifferenttypesofinstruments.Thefactorforconvertingonekindofdiameterscaletoanotherisonlyvalidforthespecifictestparticlesstudied.1.1Thispracticeprovidesaprocedureforcomparingthesizesofnonsphericalparticlesinatestsampledeterminedwithdifferenttypesofautomaticparticlecounters,whichoperateondifferentmeasuringprinciples.1.2Ascalefactorisobtainedbywhich,intheexaminationofagivenpowder,thesizescaleofoneinstrumentmaybemultipliedtoagreewiththesizescaleofanother.1.3Thepracticeconsidersrigidparticles,freeoffibers,ofthekindusedinstudiesoffiltration,suchas:commerciallyavailableteststandardsofquartzoralumina,orflyash,orsomepowderedchemicalreagent,suchasironoxideorcalciumsulfate.1.4Threekindsofautomaticparticlecountersareconsidered:1.4.1Imageanalyzers,whichviewstationaryparticlesunderthemicroscopeand,inthispractice,measurethelongestend-to-enddistanceofanindividualparticle.1.4.2Opticalcounters,whichmeasuretheareaofashadowcastbyaparticleasitpassesbyawindow;and1.4.3Electricalresistancecounters,whichmeasurethevolumeofaparticleasitpassesthroughanorificeinanelectricallyconductiveliquid.1.5Thispracticealsoconsiderstheuseofinstrumentsthatprovidesedimentationanalyses,whichistosayprovidemeasuresoftheparticlemassdistributionasafunctionofStokesdiameter.ThepracticeprovidesawaytoconvertmassdistributionintonumberdistributionsothatthemeaningofStokesdiametercanberelatedtothediametermeasuredbytheinstrumentsin1.4.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1.1OverviewThefieldbusapplicationlayer(FAL)providesuserprogramswithameanstoaccessthefieldbuscommunicationenvironment.Inthisrespect,theFALcanbeviewedasa“windowbetweencorrespondingapplicationprograms.”Thisstandardprovidescommonelementsforbasictime-criticalandnon-time-criticalmessagingcommunicationsbetweenapplicationprogramsinanautomationenvironmentandmaterialspecifictoType19fieldbus.Theterm“time-critical”isusedtorepresentthepresenceofatime-window,withinwhichoneormorespecifiedactionsarerequiredtobecompletedwithsomedefinedlevelofcertainty.Failuretocompletespecifiedactionswithinthetimewindowrisksfailureoftheapplicationsrequestingtheactions,withattendantrisktoequipment,plantandpossiblyhumanlife.1.2SpecificationsTheprincipalobjectiveofthisstandardistospecifythecharacteristicsofconceptualapplicationlayerservicessuitablefortime-criticalcommunications,andthussupplementtheOSIBasicReferenceModelinguidingthedevelopmentofapplicationlayerprotocolsfortimecriticalcommunications.Asecondaryobjectiveistoprovidemigrationpathsfrompreviously-existingindustrialcommunicationsprotocols.ItisthislatterobjectivewhichgivesrisetothediversityofservicesstandardizedasthevariousTypesofIEC61158,andthecorrespondingprotocolsstandardizedinsubpartsofIEC61158-6.Thisspecificationmaybeusedasthebasisforformalapplicationprogramminginterfaces.Nevertheless,itisnotaformalprogramminginterface,andanysuchinterfacewillneedtoaddressimplementationissuesnotcoveredbythisspecification,includinga)thesizesandoctetorderingofvariousmulti-octetserviceparameters,andb)thecorrelationofpairedrequestandconfirm,orindicationandresponse,primitives.1.3ConformanceThisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationsofapplicationlayerentitieswithinindustrialautomationsystems.Thereisnoconformanceofequipmenttothisapplicationlayerservicedefinitionstandard.Instead,conformanceisachievedthroughimplementationofconformingapplicationlayerprotocolsthatfulfilltheapplicationlayerservicesasdefinedinthisstandard.
